Im hypoglycemic ,have been afraid of sugars for years avoid them at all cost , but I have been drinking the black strap mollasses for over a month now and my blood sugars levels are fine! You are not learning the information posted here , your cup is filled with the wrong information and you need to rethink what you've been taught!
