I'm on day 3 of a Water Fast and my morning urine seems to be more acidic then when I started - somewhere around 5.2. However my morning saliva is around 7.2. Is the urine acidic because of the toxins my body is releasing? Should I my pH to get higher as I go along? I'm drinking only water and occasionally some lemon juice squeezed into it.
