Maybe that is why I noticed improvement in my teeth, before oil pulling just using the terramin clay. It is said to be rich in silica and calcium.

I brush with a mix of "Real Salt", baking soda and terramin... oil pull. and then drink a glass of water with sole and a drop of atomidine (absorbable iodine), followed 20 minutes later by moreless's drink every morning.

I also take the terramin internally once daily.

I suspect re-mineralization of my whole body, not just the teeth is what is occurring through all of these things.

I do know that the more I focus my diet on mineral rich foods, the better I look and feel.
