I'm so sorry I missed this message, Lee!!! It would have been nice to have the company.

Don't know what happened...

I *was* drinking the mix hot. 1 T. molasses and 1/2 a lemon, though sometimes I felt like having more lemon. Maybe one whole. I really like the hot drink.

Curiously, I seemed to be 'digesting' a lot, or rather the bowels were consistently
performing. Not in a bad way. Just no need for the nightly laxative tea--
which I've never taken.

see my post to PT about supplementing with broth....and also about beginning another around about the new moon. end of April, early May. Still to be determined.


I srated the day with the salt water flush, which I happen to really like--
then while it works, I sip hot water with a tsp. or two of ACV. Probably two cups of this. Then, starting the Master-Cleanse drink.

I'd have from 6-8 of these. Then maybe also a cup of nettle tea, or just hot water.
maybe a few big cups a day. (which I also really enjoy)

Occaisonally I felt like having the spoonful of molasses on its own. And then following it with the lemon cayenne. Not sure why, but it seemed to create a different kind of electrical energy.


other things:

sage tea
potassium broth (a few evenings)
hot water with ginger (and maybe ACV)
hot water with a pinch of Sea Salt
a few cups of green chai,over the ten days
(clove, cinnamon, ginger, allspice. Nice.)


I just didn't feel like being too rigid this time...

oh yes, the famous holy three brazil nuts!!



how are you? How's the white powder gold experiment?



*** oh, and it was *blackstrap* molasses, just in case anyone wondered. It's the only kind I use.
