Thanks for the response, fire horse. I've already made some extreme dietary changes from my previous diet and that is definitely essential. When you say Oxypowder isn't the end-all, do you mean that I have to do other types of bowel cleansing like B+P shakes plus MP-breakup herbs like cascarda, etc? Or is Oxypowder the bulk of bowel cleansing and a good diet after a couple Oxypowder cleanses will keep your bowels normal and optimally nutrient-absorptive?
