Hi riverrat,

You may need to take 10 to 20 or more times the amount of Calcium which you are taking,( the 1000 to 2000 mg is a drop in the bucket of what you need! ) and you may find you may get better results if when you take the extra Calcium, that you take a little of the Epsom Salts with it to help the body utilize the calcium it's self as well as the magnesium in the epsom salt, otherwise the calcium may just go right thru your digestive system and not do you any good!

If you do not get rid of the pain, then you are not getting enough available Calcium and Magnesium!
