Thank you very much for your reply Moreless. It gives me hope of living without pain. I've taken 1000 mg of Cal with mag. a day for years.  Twice a day I use Epsom salt, I haven't been able to find pkl lime yet, I take 1tb molassis & lemon each day, also a product called cell power for minerals and oxygen. Plus 1 tb kelp. And I don't eat after 6:00. So, you see I am trying to beat this. I will increase my cal. & mag. to 2000. I haven't gotten the papers yet. I am eating a LOT of veg.    Thanks again, riverrat
