If you use the pH test of your saliva and urine, this may help you learn what is causing you to become too acidic and what foods allow your body to become Alkaline!

Do you think this may be useful info for you to know?

You may start out with one tablespoonful of powdered Kelp and one tablespoonful of blackstrap molasses mixed with water to make the powder kelp damp so you do not choke on it as you take it. And you may increase this to several times this if you are not seeing the results you desire.

You may use the lime water to wet the kelp powder instead of plain water, and this will help supply you with the much needed calcium at very little cost!
