Hi rally,

Calcium is the #1 Alkaline Mineral needed most by the body by weight and volumne!!!

Then these are Alkaline also: Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium, Iron, and all the different Trace elements.

Some of the trace elements like Manganese are very Alkalizing!

But some of these may be Acidic if complexed with sulfer or another acid.

But for the most part these are considered to be Alkaline forming.

One may take a Kelp as a supplement, if it is high in iodine.
The kind I find works good is Norwegian Kelp powder, not tablets for they have filler added to them.
This will provide the body most all of the different trace minerals in a food form.

Calcium may be supplemented in several ways , but is best if you take any calcium with a pinch of Epsom Salt or Lemon juice to make the calcium available to the body.

Oystershell calcium, Eggshell calcium, bone meal has some ,but is high in phosphorus and may make you more acidic, coral calcium and many others.

You may take pickling lime ( calcium hydroxide )and put one tablespoon full into one gallon of distilled water and use this dilute mix as your Lime water, and take only one tablespoon of this Lime water and add it to anything you drink during the day and help raise your pH very good and this is the cheapest way I know of. But you should take a small pinch of Epsom Salt along with it to make it all work better. Do not use to much Epsom Salt so to give you the scoots, just a little less than what will cause you to get the scoots.

Maybe some of this ideas will help you?

Smile Tis your choice.
