Dear Katie 2,

This issue is discussed in a number of posts and threads in the last two pagges of this Alkaline forum. Ther are sevceral Links in the threads.

Basically, Urine pH is determined more by what you have eaten recently, and by the body's processing of toxins.

Your Saliva pH is determined more by the overall state of your immune system perfomrance. The Saliva pH does not fluctuate based upon what you have recently eaten.
