I know several people who tried Atkins in there own feeble way, but none of them read the book! Some of them gave up sugared products for aspertame and considered that Atkins! None of them understood the Science behind ketosis or understood what an orthomolecular physician is! Everyone has a version of Atkins and an opinion but most know absolutely nothing about it!
