Unless you have kidney stones which indicate you are very alkaline, what I have read is that abnormally high alkaline readings are the body's reaction to being too acid. Your body is deliberately cannibalizing your bones to make your ph alkaline.

It is a paradox ,but inless you follow an extremely strict diet & lifestyle my guess is that you are very, very acid and should take measures to combat that.

Step #1 stop drinking soda, or manufactured beverages.
