Wow - thanks for the comprehensive answer. I appreciate the time you put into that. With the bladder, Interstitial cystitis is chronic inflammation. The lemon increases the inflammation and symptoms.

With greens, I would think it would take at least a few minutes for die off and cleansing reactions. This is instant. Why would you say its cleansing?
