So do you think that this goal of 6.8 to 7.2 is unrealistic for many of us? It would make me feel much better if I knew that not everyone is suppose to reach such high numbers.

I did have hopes that if I became more alkaline that my thyroid would heal. I have read conflicting stuff about thyroids as well as about Ph levels.

I will do some research on this Ayurveda, I have never heard of it.

What is HCI?

I did do lots of juicing so my body didn't have any problem getting to the cell membraines. I got my oils in the form of ev olive oil in my dressings and also some Flax oil.

I appreciate your post and I am sad to see that I am not alone in this battle.
