I learned something very valuable yesterday. My water in my house runs through a reverse osmosis system. I thought I was doing a good thing buying it 3 years ago. HOWEVER, I tested the Ph and it was 5.0. I then tested my tap water and sever bottles of spring water. All were 6.8. I have been drinking a gallon of acidic water for 3 years. I am so excited that just by changing to spring water, I might have a fighting chance at raising my ph from 5.0 for once.
