Hi I am new to this site and I noticed that on this page you stated you should use a colon cleanser along with your fungal defense in order to reduce toxic symptoms. On another page I read you should use the fungal defense after your colon is clean. Which is the correct way? I started the fungal defense on thursday and I started the colon cleansing (P&B shakes) on friday. I am now concerned that I started the fungal defense too soon. Should I continue using the fungal defense or should I stop now, make sure my colon is clean, and then go back to the fungal defense? If so, should I start the fungal defense all over by taking the one pill, then the two, etc.
