Overdosing on Niacin stresses the liver, so .. you can buy your own, empty gelatic capsules and redisribute - or just say oh well and dump part of them out before you take them. :)

If in doubt, go for lots more ginger and skip the cayenne until you actually get in the water and see how it feels. I find it's usually the cayenne that makes it unbearable so if I skip anything I skip that. :)
