so then i can take the threelac two days on one day off for two weeks max. Thats it! Should i then wait two weeks and take the threelac again in the same fashion? i ordered the primal defense. Can primal defense be taken everyday. Its just a probiotic right? Also should i take the primal defense while im taking the threelac? i certainly dont want leaky gut!!!!

I'm pretty sure my yeast is sytemic. Every time i think its gone it comes back. Soon ill be nursing another baby and im afraid its going to show up on my breasts and in my milk glands again. Not that it has stopped showing up there but its a little easier to handle when theres not a baby sucking on them. Is the primal defense something i can add to my diet forever? Would that maybe help more than anything else?

I'm sorry to bug you with so many questions shelley, but you've been so helpful and so far I've only found doctors that don't know anything. One doctor actually told me to quit nursing my 3 month old baby!!!!! Fortuantely i knew he was clueless so i didnt listen.
