why is threelac only best used for two weeks? Is that two weeks on two weeks off or two weeks period. On the threelac website it talks about people using it for three to five months and sometimes more. ive never heard of primal defense. ive been taking yeast defense and it really doesnt seem to be working that well. thanks for responding so quickly.
