Thank you for your response, I did think I was doing sufficient cleansing!

In regards to not drinking coffee etc - I think I am the most boring 22 year old on the planet! I never drunk coffee so dont have to give that up, I never drink sodas (never have done!) and I drink tons of water! Also dont eat wheat (cut that out last year) and recentlyl given up dairy... sooooooooooo by law I should have the most gorgeous skin ever!

I have kind of started to fast. Not a proper fast, but I am only drinking veggie juices and eating a small amount of fruit (small amount as I think the Sugar really affects me) and I plan to do my flush on sunday.

I have some Chinese Bitters from Julia which I will take a few days, and during my flush...

I also take Zinc supplement but I am considering dropping this as I dont know if it does any good, what do you think?

Anyway thanks again for all your kind help, I know you cured yourself from Acne so you give me hope :)
