Have you emailed Andreas with your question? I did his kidney flush and noticed some sleep disturbance. Overall I considered it to be a very effective cleanse though. I know Andreas recommends this for all doing liver flushes, for good reason. I searched high and low on the net for good advice, and didn't find any better than what Andreas provides. I look forward to reading his response to your question if you post it there.
