Just got it today. Husband has a cold. I'm juicing and vitamining. I put "Thieves" (spicy essential oil combo effective against plague et all) on my tongue.

I have that tired & acidy sore-on-tongue feeling, too. Bleh!

Help, please? (I already slept on the sofa last night. Boy, am I sore!)
