Hmm... argh... queaziness can happen just because the gallbladder is contracting, so if you think you'll be more comfortable overall with some food in you, eat a small bowl of some pasta and chew well. Then don't eat or drink until flush.

Do you have peppermint candy? It really helps to eat some after taking in the oil. I have little teeny tiny mints that are very strong, they help a LOT.
