Hey shelly!
I'd like to ask your expert advice about how best to unblock my ears. I am looking for a short-cut really because I am aware that the ears are likely to be blocked due to my candida, although I am taking measures to free myself of my candida, I am desperate to unblock my ears asap, the reason being I am going on a long haul flight very soon (to Thailand, lucky I know!), however I know if my ears are still blocked I am going to be in such pain.
