A variety of different herbs are in the cleanse. You make it into a tea and sip it throughout the day for 20 days. It is supposed to breakdown any kidney stones you might have and basically detox the kidneys. Andreas Moritz recommends this. The herbs are:

marjoram
comfrey root
chicory herb
hydrangea root
marshmallow root
cat's claw
fennel seed
uva ursi
gravel root
golden rod herb.
