I started Andreas Moritz kidney cleanse 2 days ago after 3 Liver Flushes and colonics. But I am suffering terribly with sleep problems. I suddenly awaken , feel very hot ans sweaty and cannot get back to sleep. I toss and turn and when I do get to sleep it is very light and not refreshing. This has only happened since I started the KC. What could be causing this? Will I need to suffer with very little sleep for 20 days?

Also since my last Liver-Flush my BM's are rather orange in colour!
