as you know, emotions live in the liver. Sounds like you were already leaking something out of there when you had your cry.

Do you feel physically strong enough to flush? Or has sorrow really drained you?

The flush might be a really good distraction, though. But you have to know if you're healthy enough to do it.

But no more junk, please! What's that cholocol going to think when it gets there??
