Hi Gayle! :)

What exactly is happening? Describe how it feels (burning, aching, cramping, shooting, referring up to someplace), when it gets worse, what seems to help.

Is your tongue coated or clean?

Usually, it's due to a disruption in the bile salts due to not having enough of the precursors to manage all of the oil in the flush. Bile salts/acids get recycled with each use, and so can get dirtier (fattier) each time used if the fats don't get emulsified (broken up) properly. That's one of the reasons why I suggest having as mainstays in your diet:

lecithin (breaks down fats)
digesetive enzymes (digests fats)
carrot/apple/beet/parsley juice (strips fats from bile/liver and forces it to flush)
cleansing drink with ACV (helps microbes, lemon helps gastric juices)
probiotics (digests bile salts)

This is the best combination for keeping your bile salts happy and clean, which keeps your entire digestion happy and clean too. :)

Sometimes it's due to too many toxins remaining in small and large intestine. Bowel cleansing clears that right up. :)
