Hey Shelley,
I'm not sure which of these I have but I'm really wondering WHY??? I have never had this problem until after my 2nd liver flush. It has come and gone since March 1st. I just did number 3 Liver-Flush and it is worse again. What do you think this is from? I was wondering if I have stressed my liver with these flushes. I never even knew what indigestion felt like until now. It is miserable.
I am taking enzymes when I eat and still doing ginger/lemon/cayenne pepper etc. It just hangs around even if I haven't eaten. Any thoughts?? Thanks Gayle
