Ive seen that pose. But never heard of breathing IN through the mouth. Is that right? I will try that.

I do spiced apple juice for flushes and malic acid the week before. I didnt know that about apple juice. I have no Sugar issues. Just tons of muscle and nerve pain. I just messed up and got a diet mt. dew. :( I usually only do that on Saturdays. But I just had to have it and it made me poop a second time today. SO that made it worth the mess up :)
