Yep, all those work just fine. :) You have to really snort it up there tho! LOL! argh!

You also need to support your entire lymph/immune system and completely avoid all mucous forming foods. So drink tons of ginger tea, take detox baths, and limit your diet severely. No raw except for veggie juices, drink the cleansing drink with ACV, avoid dairy, refined sugar, flour.
