One more question Shelly,
I have so much muscle pain. It moves sometimes with chiropractor adjustments. But Im sure I am calcium deficient as well. My concern is constipation. I am finally going once a day with out herbs. I dont want to mess it up. Will I know emmediatley if calcium constipates me?
Also, I have taken solaray calcium magnesium in the past, as well as coral calcium and had not results. Now I haev been taking GOL green foods for 5 months. Still, no relief. Ive done 3 liver flushes, doing #4 tomorrow, and colon cleansing.
Do you have any suggestions on how I can get calcium and magnesium to absorb into my poor tight muscles?
Oh, alot of this is emotional. But I know not all of it is.
