Naw, you don't have to start over! Goodness that's hardly a setback, really. Just be sure to get plenty of fiber, drink a carrot juice tomorrow if you can for one meal, and plenty of spicy tea - not vinegar or lemon, just spicy tea, as your main fluids tomorrow. :)
