I survived the weekend:)
I still feel like garbage but I did the detox bath and I've been drinking tea.(peppermint usually clears my sinuses but not this time)I did a bad thing,
My sense of smell and taste are gone for the moment and because they're my favorite I ate 16 squares of belgium chocolates with mint cream centers.(I couldn't taste them and that's why I think I was stupid enough to eat them all;but I can take my punishment cause I deserve it so no pills for the migraine that I've had all day)(I haven't binged like that in forever and I know better;stupid, stupid, stupid)My right nostril is really plugged and I can't seem to clear it.Any suggestions or am I still cleaning(well now I will be because of the chocolate)I think I'm just whining and thanks for listening, honestly I think I was rebelling(how old am I?) because I've been trying to go the clean and healthy route and it just doesn't seem to be working.Please just tell me that I don't have to start all over(that would really bite:)
