Okay, to diagnose what's going on properly, I need more exact symptoms from the now, what's going on now with your tongue, facial features, sleep, urine, stools, all that. And I need to know your Dosha too. The "how to get help" post in the fAQ gives some guidelines as to what to list as symptoms. :)

everything you're doing is great, could be you just need more frequent colon cleansing, like enemas every-other day, until the power of your digestion increases. And more carrot/apple/beet to take fats out of bile.

You didn't mention anything about any digestive upsets - are you following the digestive power guidelines besides taking enzymes? drinking any teas?
