That is precisely what I am doing now!!!! My friend told me you had responded to me! I find what you have to say etc, really fascinating, you are making this easier for me to eat afterwards... This will be a COMPLETE change in my eating habits, and I think I have to go slowly, otherwise I will be too overwhelmed... Thank God for the Whole Foods near me!!!!


I am copying and pasting a lot of your recommendations in the FAQ section and saving them in my files.... I had no idea the carrot salad was cleansing!! I love it, it's one of my favourites!!

I hope you don't mind if once and a while I write to you hysterical because I am desperate for McDonalds!!!!! :)
