Shelley,

Today is my 2nd day migraine free. Hurray. However, while I felt completely washed out yesterday, today I feel much better. As the day has worn on though, I find myself feeling very lightheaded/dizzy and my arms are weak/aching just trying to type this. I felt much better earlier this morning than I do as the day goes on.

I am not sure if this is still my body dealing with eliminating all the meds in my system over the last week.

Any suggestions on how to deal with this?
