The laxative tea can be done as often as you like or totally ignored really, depending on how frequent and regular your BMs are. Don't do something just because the instructions say to - do it because you need to, and if you don't need it don't do it! :) The best healing is healing that works with the body, not against it. Listen to your body, it never lies! :)
