Per your suggestion and per my body's tolerance level, I will only drink 1 lemon a day, 2 tsps of maple syrup, and then some teas and potassium broth. I cant stand following the Master-Cleanse to a T anyhow. My body just cant take in that much lemonade! It's krazy! Anyhow, I'm gonna do P&B shakes first then do SWFs every 2-3 days so that my body wont be depleted like last time. Do you think it's okay to only drink 1 lax tea a day? The book suggests 2.

Also, I read your post on how it's not so good to do a flush right after the Master-Cleanse even though someone else told me that its good to do it cuz then u get rid of all the toxins? Anyhow, I was also worried about the intake of olive oil right after the MC. Thanks for clearing that up. I'll probably wait a week to do the flush afterwards then. I guess no flush on full moon them.

Oh well.......
