There's a rumour going around that flushing on the full moon is more productive because of the moon's power over fluids etc. It may be true, we do tend to cleanse a bit more, thus the "full moon madness" that really does happen. Some people propose that it is due to the toxins floating around and disturbing the brain, metals like lead, etc. :) I haven't tested this out, and since I sometimes do get more emotional around the full moon, I don't like compounding the issue with the aftermath of a liver flush, which is often emotional too.

What do you mean by drinking more juice on the MC? It can be quite hard on the liver/gallbladder/spleen to drink more than 1 large lemon a day, so watch out for symptoms of weakened liver/spleen. If your lips start peeling like mad, or you feel really cold, you may want to switch to the potassium broth rather than the juice.
