Thanks Pinkcat! That's awesome you have seen such quick results! I too am skin brushing, once per day. Do you do it more than that? I got all the way down to 103-105 pounds with the colon cleansing, Liver Flushes and skin brushing, but I'm normaling off again at 110. I know I really need to do some serious work on my liver to get the fat and toxins out. I really don't care about the number on the scale, just how I look and feel. Are you flushing using the Epsom Salt protocol? I did 6 that way and think I will try it without next time. Keep up the great work and look out Carribbean!
