absolutely! All of the finest chefs do. :) It actually tastes better than table salt .
Many of the Sea Salt s you find have very very large crystals. So right now I'm only cooking wtih it if it's something that will melt it, like soups. I have to get a salt cellar, you know like a pepper grinder? but for salt.
