Tripaha is terrific !!!! I have been taking it for almost a week and my BM haver regularized, however dark by I don't care so fare it has helped me a lot with my digestion in general it is the best laxative that you can use as it doesn't create dependency or weaks your colon it actually support colon peristaltic movments.
