Hi Shelley,
Carrot juice seems so universally recommended to all. Yet I see carrots are NOT recommended for Pitta. I note this does not say carrot *juice*, though.
So, 1) is the whole carrot bad for pitta, but the carrot juice good for pitta?
Also, same for beets. I find them not recommneded for pitta -- yet, beet *juice* is good for the liver. 2) Can the pitta have beet *juice* with carrot *juice*?
On to dairy -- I saw elsewhere that you recommended none at all for a pitta person you were guiding. 3) But elsewhere I find that drinking ghee is recommended for bringing down the heat of pitta.
Any clarification (that's a pun, ghee-whiz!) would be most appreciated!
