From someone who took lax herbs for 3 years, I just want to make a point on this link so I understand and others understand.
I believe cascara sagrada is in the laxative herb category with senna. Is this correct? (Because I have read two opinions, one says it actually strengthens the colon).
Im not sure people will put 2 and 2 together since it is in the same sentance with prune juice. Your notes are FABULOUS. Just want to make sure no one else is mislead about the herbs.
