Amen! I have learned so much from so many here, but especially YOU! Thanks for that and all you do and will continue to do. It is important for all of us to know to soak up all this information like a sponge, but that it is ok and important to pick and choose what works best for US. Our bodies are all so different and not everything will work for everyone.

I just know my health has improved substantially since I found Curezone. Shelley, you not only provide advice, but do so in such a timely manner and continue to provide help over and over again in every thread until we are satisfied. Very few, if any, of the other forums provide this kind of "customer service" and that is why I feel your forum has become the gold standard and most frequented.

By the way, did you mean Julia Chang? I smiled when I read Julia Child as my brother used to call me up at work and in a high squeaky voice, used to pretend to be Julia Child. Thanks for bringing up a fond memory!!

Keep up the great work. There are many here who cherish you and all you do!
