Nope, i think my problem was the same with u , couldnt get the water down and i must wait 2-3 hours and sometimes make me constipated, thats way what it works for me is 2 tsp of Seasalt with 5 glass of water, even i didn't feel any BM movement at all, 40-45 minutes later i will drink almost 2 glass of water with ACV, because it will make some pressure, and it really works and clean me out in 1 hours, no more bloated feelings at all.

I think u need more water, because 2 tsp of Salt and quart/4 glass of water didn't work for me at all , it worked 2 hours later but it constipated afterwards
