So you take the ACV once you get the BMs started? Or just 40 minutes later regardless?
I tried the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) one time and couldnt get the water down. I gagged. I thought it was 1 teaspoon to a quart. Im not sure I will be able to do it anyway.
