I would just like to add. I agree with all that has been said. I For most of us, Shelly and others answering questions here have been a LIFE SAVER.
As for pysillium, for me it is a problem. But as Garcia mentioned, you take the suggestions and chose which ones work for you. Since psyllium was a problem, everyone here has been great with offering other options. I have never felt like I was taking a risk with any suggestions here. I also realize this curezone websight is not "a doctor". What I like is I get many different perspectives and experiences. Then I can figure out what is right for me.
Shelly does a great job.
