Okay... the problem is, you didn't have nearly enough salt in the water to make the water act like a flush rather than be absorbed. And taht's way too much water, you don't want that much rushing thru your intestines. A little moderation please! :)

I just wrote up Salt Water Flush directions that will I hope prevent you from going in the wrong direction and jeapordizing your health again. Whew, don't scare me like that!!! :)
